They are the worst company in the entire world. They have the most useless Customer Service. My property has been with them since 2003. I have no idea were these rumours have originated from, but from my experiences over the last 11 years Tilko estates has been wonderful. There has been one or two minor flaws but one can expect mistakes. They have always been terrific to me and my sister. We do have hassle them now and again but ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
