Any students thinking of renting through Tiger Properties I would strongly advise against doing so. My son rented a house with friends whilst at Manchester University and after leaving the property at the end of June it is only in mid October that they have returned deposit monies and only a small fraction of the deposit given to them. Good morning, I am sorry you feel this way about Tiger Student Properties. The tenants moved in the day after the old tenants moved out and we made your son and his housemates aware that the house may not be up to scratch but we would do everything we can to rectify the matter ASAP. We stuck to our word and had cleaners in almost immediately and also carried out a full inventory inspection. In regards to your sons deposit, we have not deducted for a new mattress we deducted for a mattress clean ....

Mice were reported 7th March (PM) and maintenance attended the property 10th March (AM) to apply poison. There are many issues I experienced whilst living at one of Tigers properties and wouldn't like anyone else to go through what my housemates and I did therefore, I am writing this review. To be honest, I didn't see the point in making a complaint. I made so many complaints when I was living there, but nothing got sorted, what's the point in making a complaint now? All I want to do is warn people to not rent a property with you. what can i say... as a student i rented from Tiger with 4 of my friends. I have found all the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. Ryan at Tiger properties provided an excellent service all round. When he came round to give a valuation of my property he was very polite and not in the slightest bit pushy like other estate agents. Rented as a student with 5 friends. Absolutely awful. The house was filthy with lots of things not working. We had to phone constantly at the start of the tenancy to get things fixed. There were damp patches in three bedrooms and huge cracks on the walls which met brick dust in. The boiler had broken parts on it and the back door didn't fit properly. I have dealt with lettings agents in the Manchester area for 12 years now and Tiger Property Partners are way above the rest in relation to customer service and assistance. As a woman living alone it is a comfort to know you are dealing with the right people and a company who will provide assistance quickly with whatever you need. I let my property with Tiger and they were the most competitively priced in Didsbury. I always receive the best personal service which gives me peace of mind. I disagree with some of the tenant comments about Tiger as the issues are most likely with the landlords failing to maintain their property properly....

Awful. Have continually ignored problems since the start of the tenancy, which have then escalated into bigger problems. Take a painfully long time resolving any maintenance issues, and that\'s only if you continually ring them until they have no choice but to fix them - and this is even for minor issues. I rented a very nice 2 bed \'professional\' apartment in Didsbury until recently and I really liked the staff at Tiger Property Partners. They were genuine and honest and I had no dramas, Didsbury is a great area to live and if I hadn\'t needed to move away with my work I\'d have been happy to stay in Tiger\'s property. I was a tenant last year in one of the houses that Tiger Properties manage in Fallowfield and I found them to be great. They were very fair with me and my student housemates and if anything did go wrong with the house they fixed it quite quickly. A couple of us locked ourselves out a couple of times and they came out to let us in, even on a Sunday night once when I did it. I\'d recommend them....

Complete cowboys. Avoid like the plague, or more so. I first arrived at the property to find it to be a complete tip, everything from the previous tenant\'s discarded underwear, bog roll, cannabis grinders and cat fur amongst the furnishings and drawers. Replace the entirety of the staff with competent individuals, stop trying to do everything on the cheap, learn the laws within which you are supposed to operate, and get some business ethics. How this business is still going I will never understand.

Money Grabbers!! Will promise anything to get you to sign a contract, but you will never see anything they promise. We arrived to an unclean house without a fully functioning boiler, dryer and light fixtures, none of which we fixed by the end of the 12 month tenancy. Dear Shaun, First of all you use the phrase "money grabbers", but please remember that other than the small admin fee we charged you at the very outset of your tenancy we didn't actually charge you any money during your tenancy. Secondly I need to remind you that by the time you arrived your housemates (Ravi in particular) had already moved in and had been living there for some time.
