Absolutely dreadful lettings agents. I rented from them for 5 years and had terrible mould and damp problems which they refused to sort, they refused to install smoke detectors and would never respond to any of my letters, emails or calls. DO NOT rent through them ...

ALL letters, emails are looked at and dealt with appropriately. ALL phone calls are answered. Most mould/damp issues are caused by condensation which is usually caused by tenants failing to ventilate their properties properly.
