Let with this company in February. Very efficient until we signed. Still waiting for the inventory. Still waiting for a refund due to an overcharge from that month to be repaid. Wrong amount paid in in April - still to be repaid. No money paid into account for last two months. Always having to chase. Statements not sent. Never reply to emails (we are overseas). Sean refuses to come to the phone so messages have to be left with Natasha the receptionist. Have changed their name to We're Moving Ho...

Comment on agent fees
Fees are reasonable if the work was carried out as contained in the agreement. However, he does nothing for his money. Beware of We\'re Moving Home in Whitchurch Cardiff!

Central Heating did not work in winter for over a week threadbare carpets photos of property out of date , cooker unfit to use due to grease inside it no light bulbs in property inept staff g/f went in crying over state of flat to be told been on a bender and come back following day , rubbish in attic and outside. took 4 weeks to remove mould in bathroom due to fan not working shower door fell off in November 13 still not fixed put electric on meter and went to minus £50. bailiffs calling ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
be honest with people and tell them its not your fault and you are useless at your job and do not care one jot about the problems they have because your horse is unwell and you have a headache at that is their priority or they have an urgent appointment to have their nails done and the fact you have no hot water is of no interest to them whatsoever . INCOMPETENT RUDE SELFISH UNCARING IGNORANT AND LOTS OF WORDS TOO RUDE TO PUT DOWN HERE make appointments and not turn up then do a survey of the property and not enter the house (but pretend they called and you were out ) watched them turn up with and do this as I parked my car around the corner and watched them assess property without going in .

agree with other comment that were fine till agreement was signed . No hot water on sign over and minus £50 on token meter.carpets dirty, oven unusable,taps dripping continually and still do 6 months later. baillifs knocking because they are too lazy to inform them someone else moved in .Never return calls incompetent staff . Washing machine just broken and 3 days later still no reply , girlfriend broke down in tears and was told to be quiet because they had all been out the previous even...

Excellent communication until I signed the rental agreement! They stopped replying to email (unless I specifically requested a response). I was made to sign the inventory before looking at the property and the inventory was completely wrong. 1. Furniture that was meant to be removed from the property was still there when I moved in. 2. What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to emails within 48 hours - it allows customers to know that the email has been received and action is being taken. Produce accurate inventorys and go to property with client to check the inventory. Fix major problems prior to client moving in or within 1 week if occurred whilst client is in the property.

All in all disorgannised service to us and the tenants that they were showing houses. Late for appointments, would cancel appointments at short notice. From a landlord point of view doesn\'t do all the checks they say they have, don\'t do regular house checks, don\'t bill properly for there services and when asked just fob off. Generally nice guys but just absolutely disorganised and messy. Will never use again....
