What agent could do to change your mind?
After having a very poor experience with another well known estate agents in the area we complained but only received part of our upfront fee as a refund. Igloo were very understanding and used the home report we had with first estate agents to save us money and worked out their best price for us so we weren't really out of pocket as a result of the poor service from the other estate agents and our decision to change estate agents. Fees were clear so we could budget. No hidden costs.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
In the first instance any concerns should be raised with our office manager. If you are not entirely satisfied at this stage, you can write to our company directors who will respond personally to your concerns. We are also members of the Property Ombudsman for both sales and lettings
