Gas leak, shody repair, had gas men out twice to fix same repair.
Took months to get broken door fixed, main door and front close door
About a month before we got an extra set of keys, both working

"You want 20 to 30 people through the door, I have a long list of people waiting for a house like this"
Reality 8 viewings
"I'll give you this rate on the condition you use our preferred solicitors, strefford tulips"
I advised I wouldn't be using them based on previous bad experience .. the response ... " yeah, I've heard a few people have had issues with them " ... so why recommend them?
Moving on from this the house went on the market .. I advised available times for viewings, despite this I had a number of calls asking for different times, pointed out my availability more than once..
I spoke with my nominated estate agent Stacey once during the process.. I called, left my name and message ... I was called back and she asked did I want to view a house they had for sale .. clearly didn't even know who I was .. then backtracked when I pointed out she was selling my house
As I had an offer in on another property time was of the essence, had it not been I would have cancelled our arrangement within the two week cooling off period and went elsewhere
In the interest of a balanced review the times the director Janice called me she was polite and helpful
