I completely agree. Yours was a lucky escape - I am currently renting with this company and am finding issue after issue. They have no consistency or common sense, and each query seems to be at the bottom of their list of priorities. As a tenant, I am disgusted at their approach to customer care and consideration. The manager is an embarrassment to their team. I wonder if any Landlords know how they choose to conduct their business? I would recommend Goadsby, who have always been professional an ...
