As professional property managers we pride ourselves on our high standards and professional ethics. As an independent business we can assure all our tenants of a friendly and personal service throughout their tenancy. We are members of the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA), an accredited member of The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and Milton Keynes Private Landlords Association (MKPLA). We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), a government authorised consumer redress scheme for Property Agents and Professionals, MyDeposits, a government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme and the Information Commissioners Office for Data Protection. Most importantly all client funds are held in a separate bank account and covered by Client Money Protection Insurance and we have Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as being an accredited Safe Agent Member.

Tenant Fees

Overall Fees

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Before the tenancy starts (payable to The Right Place)

• Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
• Security Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (for property that does not offer a Deposit Free option)

During the tenancy (payable to The Right Place)

• Payment of £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
• Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at an annual rate of 3.75%
• Payment of £50 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys or other security devices
• Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

• Utilities (gas, electricity, water, etc)
• Communications (telephone, broadband, etc)
• Installation and subscription to cable\/satellite supplier
• Council Tax
• Television licence
