Do not either let out your flat or rent a property from this company. The owner Tony is an actual crook, more than happy to take your money but will not sort out issues. Use them at your own risk......

a little confusing as says would recommend agent, then calling the owner a crook and apparently taken money, please provide more details of your complaint as this seems to be malicious. ...

Do not use this letting agent as poor communication and no accountability. Poor referencing leading to unsuitable tenants who could not afford rent. Took one year to evict as agent kept stalling starting legal proceedings. Landlord insurance invalid as did not inform me for two ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Reference tenants properly Not tell lies Be accountable Return phone calls and answer emails Inform landlord immediately when rent not paid Act on landlord's instructions Be transparent in contractors used Pay landlord accurately and on time Be professional and act according to industry guidelines
