Property agents will promise you a blue sky on a land and then charge you without your knowledge for services they are suppose to provide. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure

If your complaint has not been dealt with in a satisfactory manner then please e-mail the Directors (an e-mail address can be provided for you) for them to respond. If you are still not happy with a resolution the Directors will advise you on what your next steps could be.
