Couldn\'t believe it when I found the review on here - could have been written by myself as it is almost identical to my experience. We had issues with birds getting into the outlet for the boiler, as the cover has broken off, causing the boiler to randomly cut out. We complained for months and nothing was done so we called environmental health and it has been partially sorted within a day. What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything - especially remember that their tenants are clients as well as landlords and deserve not to be treated as second class! Learn about buildings! Don\'t hire second rate workmen etc! I could go on and on and on....

Abismol - don\'t touch them with a barge pole! Moved in and found a list of issues as long as my arm which ranged from the boiler not working to handles off doors missing etc. after a year bumped the rent up to way more than the market value (but then you are stuck because properties of this size are hard to come by) they insist on visiting every three months (fair enough) but continually try to arrange this for in appropriate times (testin smoke Alan at 10pm with young children and a baby in be...
