I would not recommend this letting agent. Communication was consistently poor — emails were often unclear, questions went unanswered, and messages were sent late at night, which felt unprofessional. Despite the fact that the tenancy never began and I never moved in, there has been unnecessary resistance in returning my deposit.
The overall attitude, particularly from a staff member, came across as rude and unkind. I found the lack of care and professionalism very disappointing and would urge others to proceed with caution.

My stepdaughter had a viewing with these people and they tried to charge her for the viewing when she decided not to go with them. Stay away all at costs
