All information were provided. I told that these payments were in cash and the your employee was aware. I have sent you an email yesterday and did not get any reply. If you had to pay the landlord than your employee us responsible for that. I still insist on a partial refund. It is not my fault that your employee is not paying attention to details. He just wanted to complete this contract. The offer you made was to pay 6 months rent in advance! This is a huge amount. So not a convenient offer. T ...

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we were unable to help with maintenance issues on your flat, but as you knew we were not managing this property. It is clear that there was some communication between you and the landlord as you were aware that the landlord had asked you to leave the flat prior to me imparting this information to you. I am unclear about your assertion of a fee of over £120. The fee was exactly £120; £100 plus vat in accordance with the tenancy agreement. I am sorry ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
