View all comments (1) Avoid Frost Partnership at all costs. Pooja introduced tenants who were destructive of a rental property by deliberately destroying a boundary wall and front garden. She came to view the damage and then asked the so called 'gardener' to quote for another property across the road ! The tenants trashed the property leaving damage and rent arrears, she failed to put in a six month break clause in the tenancy agreement as requested. Unfortunately, this was cancelled by the landlord the day before you were due to move in. The landlord informed us that she would carry out her own check in with you instead, but failed to turn up for this. We were therefore asked to attend, take meter readings and provide you with keys.
