Having looked into the details on your file, I can see that we had booked a check in and inventory for your tenancy which would have detected the issues you report. Unfortunately, this was cancelled by the landlord the day before you were due to move in. Having the same experience with Frost of Slough now. The most appalling firm. They are not just badly organised and incompetent they are devious liars. Every review I have read says they give the excuse "we can't get hold of the landlord". I doubt they bother to contact them. I too had the misfortune of dealing with the infamous Pooja.
