Be aware as DPS system is unclear and I was forced to release money to agent. DPS of course responded there is no fault. Do not use them as their system is misleading. Use TDS, much easier....

Or you could just do more detailed inventories. They can only work with what's presented to them, you obviously did not adequately prove the tenants had caused damage. If you had a detailed before and after inventory with pictures I'm pretty sure 5k damage would be easy to spot! ...

Disgusting!!! They don't deserve any stars at all. I have sent all the legal documents over 2 weeks still waiting for my deposit. When ever I called they said they don't know when will I receive the money. Very disappointing!! Never use their services again ...

- stood by their own procedures - been honest about when evidence was received - sent copies of evidence in full - actually considered the evidence supplied - not shown bias towards the landlord
