worst agent ever. they have hidden fees that they charge 10per cent of all costs - so in their interests to increase the works/ charges, as well as a kick back from their designated tradesmen. rude and unhelpful. did not respond to my complaints and did not answer them fully. I terminated the management and took it on my self - it was less hassle than trying to deal with them....

hidden - ie not unless you dig in and get them to admit that they charge 10% on top of any works that need doing - eg a £1000 plumbing issue costs an incremental £100. also they are incentivised not to call out eg Thames Water who will sort for free but send in their own contractors.

Thamesview has been the worst agent I've ever had the displeasure to be connected to - I had to use them as my landlord instructed them to manage the property, but they have proved themselves to not only be rude and only after money, but incompetent and completely flaunting all aspects of property law. I actually got in an argument down the phone with one of the property managers after they tried to force us to sign an unlawful clause and when i mentioned this, he essentially threatened us with ...

In my experience, Thames View has to be the most abysmal, incompetent property company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are unfit to manage any sort of property. Unfortunately they were employed by my landlord to manage the property. The individual I used to deal with was arrogant, rude and completely lacking any ability to deal with any sort of management issue in a professional and timely manner. STAY AWAY....

From where do i start: Most incompetent agency ever dealt with - I would give them zero stars if I could. Just writing this so someone else will keep away. 1) It took them 4 months to sort out the inventory. And by sorting it out I mean they managed to put stuff in the check-in inventory that the previous tenants broke (i.e. lamps) 2) I had to chase them for weeks to arrange fixing all the stuff that were constantly breaking because of their bad maintenance. As I found out later from the land...

*Worst experience with a letting agent i have ever had. First, when moving in to the property, most of the letting staff was apparently off on holiday and had no details of my tenancy about to begin, so they could not send over the required documents to sign off. When i wanted to end my tenancy they refused to respond to any of my emails and when i called advised me that the notice period was surprisingly the remaining 3 months on the tenancy as opposed to the one month initially advised. Tenancy went okay, couple hiccups on two repairs that took way longer than they should but beside that little to complain. The problem started the moment we've vacated the property as then mister Sheikh Moshin reported 750 quid of damage to the place (let me add, unfurnished place). When I've requested itemised list of the damages (he provided some arbitrary bundles with numbers, seemingly random, attached) he refused. Only thing that was properly itemised was a professional clean up at 250 GBP ...

This is our first time dealing with letting agencies and our first experience in the UK. It could not have been worse: they've ignored for months and we still have stuff that needs to be fixed from the initial inventory list we made upon moving in. They are never able to solve the problems but just pass it on to someone else who then say they don't have the authority to make that decision. Essentially a ping pong of responsibility that is designed to save money at the expense of the tenant...

Terrible service. Agency oversells properties in very poor conditions and with very strict contracts. Throughout the 2 years tenancy we experienced several severe rain leaks from the ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom, causing health and safety issues. The dirty rain water leaking from wholes in the roof was dropping near electrical cables and on kitchen appliances, and on the tenant while sleeping! The tenant had to go sleeping in a hotel twice in a year! The tenant informed the agency every ti...

We have never had so much trouble with a company in general before than with Thamesview. The specific agent has been several times late -sometimes over an hour- when visiting to inspect the flat. Emails and phone calls have been ignored, to the point that we had to call every 20 minutes to check if she had done what she was asked (ie provide a reference). However, the worst experience of them all was when we decided to leave the flat early. We paid the early exit fee and we were then informed ...

This estate agent is quite possibly the WORST thing ever to exist in the property business. Delay after constant delay. You have to give the one thing - their consistency is amazing; such a shame it's consistent at failing to deliver at every turn. We've had nothing but problems - there were severe delays moving in to the property - we ended up moving in 5 days after our original planned date, which meant we were homeless for most part of a week and had to cancel several deliveries of furnitur...

I don't normally write reviews online but people need to be warned about Thamesview. From 2011-13, we let our property through Dexters, who in turn farm out the property management to Thamesview. Since we were living abroad, we needed Thamesview to be our eyes and ears on the ground, to be thorough, proactive and communicative. They were none of these things. These guys are frankly awful.
