Very poor. Left with hundreds of pounds worth of damages because the clerk didn't discover the large iron burn mark on the carpet or the broken boiler door. Owner Georgina Perez did nothing to compensate....

Read the terms and conditions before going with Thames Inventories or better still go with a better company that takes ownership for their mistakes. Very poor indeed. ...
