Sorry to read your review. I remember speaking to my colleague about your appointment. I can understand why you would think we got your price wrong if other agents valued for more. If you do sell and we see the price on the land registry we will for sure learn from that. There have been examples where we have suggested a higher price than our competitors and we have been proven right. My colleague was happy to be called young! He said its been a long time since someone called him young. ...

We would not recommend to use this Estate Agent In Maldon . We requested a valuation of a property in Maldon they sent a very young person who in our view with no experience or knowledge of Maldon and properties in prime location. The agent who was quite arrogant in manor came with a predetermined valuation before stepping foot inside the property . Came equipped with printouts of properties on the market and sold within the predetermined valuation took no measurement's and made no comments t ...

the complications and difficulty would be through your conveyancer not estate agent as estate agent purely take pictures and send emails etc to advertise your property and buying is much easier than selling...personally i would not recommend this agent to sell your property as they over value property and their fee is fixed on contract selling price, they don't advertise your property on their own website only rightmove until to you make them aware there is a cock up!! this i put down to their ...

Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.

• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.

• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.

• We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.

• If you are still not satisfied after the last stage of the in-house complaint procedure (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge.
