Absolutely terrible. The staff are solely sales-orientated and seem to have no industry knowledge or expertise whatsoever. I had a terrible experience with them and their incompetence led to a delay of several months in selling my house.

1% was a reasonable rate, but I lost much more in the delayed sale than I made in cheap fees.

DO NOT USE TAYLORS!!!!
I used Taylors to sort out a remortage and a mortage to by a property, the service is terrible, they never return your calls and they offer somthing called "Buyers Protection".
