Really unorganised company. Lost the passports of 2 people in our renting group and told us we hadn't brought them in. Accused us of not paying out full deposit when we had evidence of doing so. Didn't call us back when promised they would. Have had to chase them for every little thing. The only person in there I have dealt with even remotely on the ball is Clare Sykes....

I recently purchased a property through this company and dealt with a lady called Gurinder. She always answered our calls promptly and did as she promised. I also dealt with the insurance side of this company and again Michelle called me back promptly with information I required. I will continue to use this company in the future and was more than happy with the service I received from them....

Appalling customer service. Never returned a call atleast once even after promising/assuring they would. Deposits held well over the time period stated in the contract. Avoid this agent....

House hunting is always a stressfull experience, tara & co do their best to make it a less stressful experience which was nice, offering a range of houses to view which met our needs. However, there should be greater communication between students-houses-and tara & co as frequent times a student will see a house and head straight for tara & co and when they arrive it'll already be sold. Absolutely appalling customer service and so many mistakes. (1) Despite proof of payment, which was later shown, they were adamant that my flat mate had not paid the ridiculously expensive deposit so I had to pay another £400 upfront to collect the keys. Once accepting their mistake, after various emails and calls they promised to transfer the money within 4/5 working days. 9 days later I had to call again, in which I was told they would call back (I'm still waiting). The main issue is that the two people that answer the phones are not in the office, but at a call centre. If you leave a message with them very rarely do they pass it on to the main office - very annoying! Also they only let the senior members of staff deal with the smallest of tasks, and they are out all day on appointments and you get pushed to the bottom of the list. I attended Warwick uni and rented with this company for two years. They were always very difficult to get hold of and never helped to fix any problems we encountered despite promising to do so. I received awful service by very incompetent people. DO NOT USE....

We used Tara & Co for the first time for the sale of our house. We were astounded at the level of customer care shown both from the first valuation right through to final completion. Our negotiator rang almost every evening in the early stages, to keep us up to date with viewings, offers and then finally negotiations. She was so knowledgeable about the market in Leam Spa and advised us correctly at every twist and turn of the process. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this comp...

What agent could do to change your mind?
- Improved consistent communication with customer - Learn simple math i.e. adding, subtracting. - Dropping the condescending tone in the communications they actually bother to send out.
