We received regular emails from them when a property that met our requirements became available, and when she found the perfect one the process was simple and straightforward. A visit to the office later to do some paperwork and its exciting times! We were kept updated on the application, and all in all it was so much easier than agents and landlords we used over the years. What a nice change.
