SW19 took over the management of this property with effect from 1st December 2014. The Ombudsman and the OFT are looking into this, as you know, not only have you have responded to them, you have been cc'd in on correspondence!!!! The case comes before them for review in April and i will happily publish the findings on here for you. The reviews are clear Mr Bennett - SW19 is run in an unprofessional way. I didn't want a priority viewing s you mentioned - I just didn't want to view it with a bunch of other buyers...my prerogative as a client you claim to work for. Mr Branch was rude and completely uninterested in my disappointment to arrive to a block viewing without notification. If you had told me it was a block viewing I would not have taken time off work to view it. How is that working for the client? ...

In response to the above points it is not a requirement for landlords to state if they reside above or nearby a let property, in fact a common reason why estate agents are instructed, is that the landlord wishes to remain anonymous and not be involved directly with tenents in the management of their let property.
