Horrendous company I'm forced to use to do ID check to sell my house. I've passed the test in March and they can't use the same information in May. Horrendous company I'm forced to use to do ID check to sell my house. I've passed the test in March and they can't use the same information in May. The app to scan in my passport and driving licence says there is a glare on both. I've used ID checkers before and had no problems. I've tried in different light conditions. I've rang them three times and their useless team take no accountability in trying to fix this. I don't know why these crooks are in the loop with my house sale but they holding everything up and also I'm forced to pay them for this! This is simply theft.

I had to use this company at some point because they were suggested by the agent when I was buying a property. I had to use them in order to do some checks.
