The genesis of Stonebridge can be traced back to a group of close-knit individuals who grew up together in East London. United by their passion for real estate, they decided to venture into the industry as a team. Working for a large corporate agency in Newham and its surrounding areas, they quickly climbed the ra
nks, managing offices for the company.
However, in 2008, the global economic downturn brought their plans for further expansion to a halt. Faced with this setback, they saw an opportunity to reassess their goals and take matters into their own hands. Motivated by a shared vision and armed with a combined experience of 30 years, they made the bold decision to establish their own business.
Thus, Stonebridge was born after years of careful planning and preparation. As an independent venture, they are deeply involved in every aspect of their business. From Monday to Saturday, they are present on the front line, personally handling everything from property valuations and sales progression to property management and marketing.
At Stonebridge, the team takes great pride in the training and development of their staff. Each member undergoes intensive training, starting from junior positions and gradually progressing to higher responsibilities.
