I have rented a property from Stepping Stones Banbury for over 4 years. They were always very helpful, professional and prompt in actioning any issues I've reported them in regards to the property. I can personally highly recommend them....

I am sorry if you were not happy with the service you received from Stepping Stones. I have looked back through our records and I have a record of you at two of our properties. I see that there were deposit disputes raised by both of your landlords that these were referred to the TDS for resolution. I can find no reference to any court action at all. I am sorry about this but all properties have to be let on a first come first served basis. We contacted you to ensure that you were attending the appointment but the viewer just prior to you placed a holding deposit on the property. I explained that if there application was not successful then you would be contacted but sadly there was no more that we could do at the time. ...
