If a company has a broken product, they take it off the shelves or they look to replace it. At Stephenson Browne they put the product back on the shelves for the next sucker to walk into. Deceitful, to say the least. Sandbach was awful....

Very poor service, recently rented the property the agent is not at all aware what is working nd not working in the property. The property is not even registered don’t understand if this a fraud or plain negligence, if I drop an email the agent is never available it’s always next day and then another day. There not even a inlet nd outlet provided for washing machine , damp patches on wall , hob doesn’t work, meter is not registered. And to my surprise no one has idea about all this. Bigges ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Very High for the area. Usual deposit costs with other agents are the same as monthly rental, these bunch add more on top. I have heard they charge for 'management' of tenancies to landlords. Not sure what they are charging for as they certainly don't manage anything.Attached Filesnbsp;
