Dani the negotiator (Bungay branch) was extremely professional and dealt with the viewings for us. We sold straight away. The follow up team, Natalie and Melissa, kept things moving and kept us informed constantly. We cannot recommend Starking and Watson highly enough. We'd give them 10 stars if we could.

Now all that said Catherine within the team was honestly the glue that held the whole thing together with out her we would have pulled out she alone deserves an award the rest of them not worth dealing with

Truly awful and not to be trusted. They authorised work which I the landlord did not give the go ahead on - they then accused me of lying. It was only when the call was listened back that they finally admitted the mistake. Can’t even get the address right on the tenancy agreement and had me down as living with the tenants. Avoid at all costs.

I brought a house from these and they are helpful but didn't really understand my mental health and how the house progress was slow and I had nowhere to live for just over 3months.
They could of helped a little more as when I came into the house the floor was rotten in the kitchen and I had to fully replace.
There was a check done on the house and I don't think this was looked at. The floor gave me health problems for over a week and I don't have asthma.

I have moved house quite a few times in my life and never have I experienced a more professional, thorough and damn right determined estate agents than Starkings and Watson. From the moment that Chris first walked through our door to provide us with a valuation and quote we were amazed at his professionalism, honesty and realism in valuation and non-pushy demeanour, all of which left his company hands down the ultimate choice for us to go with.
We had a long 10 month process of selling our house and completing on a new one, of no fault to S&Ws I must add, but unfortunately as a result of some time wasters on the market. Despite the long wait and perseverance, Chris and his team were on hand throughout to ensure a smooth and thorough transaction right through to the end and going above and beyond their role as estate agents...
One thing that will always stick with us is that several times we found ourselves constantly having to chase ours solicitors for an update on our buyers enquiries and how they were progressing due to time constraints - only to be told they were still awaiting a response.... yet within 2 seconds of Chris and his team ever finding out about any outstanding enquiries they were straight on the phone to the necessary people and getting the enquiries answered within a matter of hours!!!! S&Ws are more than just an estate agents... they literally are the complete package!
If you are looking for a stress free and reliable service please do not look any further than here! People are often fooled by estate agents charging ridiculous amounts and promising the world, often quoting ridiculously out of range valuation prices to hook you in and miserably failing in their promises to their customers.... but not Starkings and Watsons...they are realists who will always keep your best interests at heart, giving honest and professional advice and a fair price for their exceedingly high standards and services!

What awful service and I’m sure if the people selling through them knew this they would sell with someone else !! Surely most people view at weekends as they are working all week. I would suggest using an estate agent that try’s to sell your property everyday not just 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday
