I've been a tenant with Stadium Residential for about 5 years and had a great experience throughout. They were very diligent and honest in the contract setup and with the flat, and very attentive and responsive during our tenancy. Over 5 years we had at least 2 events of significant support ... Comments on Agent Fees
Signature fees are lower than other agents and, at least in our case, we didn't need to pay any renewal fees like some other agents charge. I found all fees fair and adequate.

What agent could do to change your mind?
By not calling customers with such an awful accusatory tone due to some estate agent to estate agent disagreement.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
