Thanks Nicola - I have since spoken to other residents and no one else has phone signal in these properties nor do they get 4g - you stated that you have given the key to the builder and he was going into the property - I was never asked if i consented to or given any prior notice which is the law.( evidenced through the link in my initial review). I did make a viewing to check phone signal to which I was talked out of by Tom your letting agent who assured there would be no problem with signal ...
