SouthSide Property Management is a team of hardworking, driven and committed individuals with over 50% of the team being with us between 3–11 years. We believe in long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants. Our marketing strategy includes advertising on all of the most popular property portals such as Zoopla, Lettingweb, Gumtree, Onthemarket and Rightmove. We offer 4 main services including Full Management Service, Let Only Service, Formal Pre-Purchase\/Rental Survey, Inspection Only Service. For a monthly full management fee, we cover everything from the professional photography, online marketing, to let board, viewings, referencing and credit checks and signing the legal documents on your behalf.
Our landlords and tenants are our priority so with this in mind, we are continuously adopting new ways to improve our service and make things easier with extended office opening hours, including Saturdays and Bank Holidays, a 24-hour on call Property Manager, flexible viewing times and online systems. Our priority is to provide an unrivalled service whilst remaining affordable and competitive.

They scam me out of my whole deposit.
