Terrible letting agent. They do not answer there phone and never return calls.
You can be emailing and emailing with no response or saying they will have maintenance come look and they never do.
This company is very, very hard work and stressful when previous landlords I had were great at getting any issues sorted. ...

Reasonable fees and unlike some other agents I have dealt with, they do not get contractors to mark up their quotes. Beware of this practice amongst others - it is a hidden cost you may not be aware of.

Avoid these amateurs at all costs. As a landlord they simply do not return your calls or emails. They do not answer the phone despite being in the office.
They are cheap, but for a very good reason...they are incompetent.!...
