I can not believe I stayed in this property for a year!! After falling ill and taking time off work from all the disgusting mould and damp EVERYWHERE in the flat mostly covered by my obnoxious flat mates giant book shelf, cracked tiles in my bath room and kitchen kitchen cupboard door almost knocking me out after 6 months going on and on at snellers to come and fix everything that was wrong years before I moved in. Dreadful. I know standards are low out there for a variety of reasons but Snellers are right ahead in the competitive race to the bottom. They do the superficial stuff quite well sometimes, but are hopelessly disorganised, and fundamentally incompetent. Part of the problem is they are part of a wider organisation (Thamesview) which is the same company under different names (Hamptons, Dexters). When I moved in, the entrance phone were broken. It took 10 months of constant chasing to get these cheapskates to agree the cost of replacing it though I reported it immediately. This involved them sending three separate electricians round - the first one they lost his report. Second one didn't have the right replacement handset when he turned up. I had a similar problem when the cheapo heater they had installed crapped out - an absolute nightmare and lengthy delays getting it sorted in the...

Hi there, sorry to hear of the problems that you've all been having with snellers, been having problems with their property management team for 8 months now, everything from refuse, water pressure, leaking in the skylight, as with an nice statement, inventory problems, which still haven't been resolved!!! We got the same Someone will get back to you, but 8 mo the on, nothing, and we had to pay for inventory check, which was one of the biggest jokes I've ever been involved in! The biggest thing ....
