I have tried to call you on a number of occasions and left a voicemail today but I am yet to hear back.
I have checked our system and can see that we acted on a Tenant Find Only" basis for this particular landlord client.
What this means is that we have no control over how the tenancy is handled after the point at which you sign your tenancy agreement. If there was a problem at the end of your tenancy then you really should speak with the landlord di ...
