Absolutely livid with Tracy and her bad attitude how she speaks. Her tone and volume is an utter disgrace. Given that she is overseeing repair work and has more than one house with repairs needed her life stresses should not be taken out on genuine tenants. I strongly believe her answers to some repairs are personal decsisions rather than approaching the landlord. And Rebeeca, you ask her simple maths it puts her out of her time rumaging to do some work and thats too much for her to handle. Good...

I am pretty shock with manner of I spoken too.Weather been terible with heavy heavy wind and I have problem with fencing blowing down. Gags came round on time to value our home, he then came back to take pictures and was polite and professional. Only a few days later our home was in the shop window and on home search engines. We had a number of viewings quickly and had 3 offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. I think perhaps it was slightly undervaluved given the valuation of other homes on the same road, but still happy that we got the full asking price after 3 weeks. I rang to report a problem with my fencing and to do with a stain on ceiling from unseen water damage and marks in walls and carpets but I got yelled at why I did not speak to Tracey early in the morning instead of at lunchtime. I have rang for an update when my landlord will get work completed and I got yelled at again that they do not hold the handyman diary and spoken not like I am foreigner but deaf. Absolutely awful service. I was a tenant for just under 4 years and in that time it took 18 months to get replacement fence panels. No communication when there is an issue with house, as soon as the renewal is due they are soon on the phone! Renewal fees are extortionate, they do absolutely nothing. The Skitts has horrible service. Very bad over the phone. I just wanted to get some update on progress of repairing the shower in the property. The lady just try to get off the phone as soon as possible. They always charge the Tenant a fee, so called inspection fee, every 6 months....

We haven\'t long been with this letting agency, and I cannot believe how shoddy the general customer service this appalling place offers. They are rude on the phones, they leave rude voice-mails, they don\'t always let you know when a repairman or handyman is visiting (and when they do, they make it clear you cannot change the date), and they are generally a horrible place to associate with. I used Skitts when renting a property a couple years ago and found their service absolutely awful, could never contact them on the phone it was either engaged constantly or rang out. Once i signed for the property and moved in we found some issues with the house that we wanted them to deal with but on most occasions were told \'you viewed the property before you moved in, if you don\'t like it move out (but you will be liable for the remainder of the lease!!). Shown around a property, put in an offer, then told was already sold. When I looked into this they had accepted a lower offer! Tell me a back hander wasn't involved! What a waste of time. Avoid like the plague....

Told us that they had not had time to advertise our property as the manager was out getting new business. I suggested that they would be better looking after the business they already had! It was advertised in the branch at the wrong rent. After my complaint they found a tenant within a week and let them move in without paying a deposit. Poor communication. They need to remember that the properties do not belong to them and to consult with the owners before making decisions....
