We asked Simpsons to chase the vendors solicitors because 2 weeks down the line our solicitors had heard nothing. Sam said to us this was not her job so we pointed out that our solicitors had already chased twice and got nowhere, we are unable to chase so they would need to do something. The report above is not entirely accurate. These clients were repeatedly rude to our staff members. Updates were give but were 'unacceptable' to the buyers. Our staff will not tolerate abusive language. These clients had offered on a house thorough us 2 weeks ago, which was subsequently removed off of the market. The buyers then made contact with other offices and used a false name to try to view other properties?!? We were in no way rude, we simply pointed out the facts and informed them that ....

I was a tenant in a house that was being sold by the landlord who had put simpsons and partners in charge of selling the house. We were not happy about the landlady wanting to sell but said we would coperate and allow viewings to take place. Awful. Just awful. They didn\'t tell the vendor our full offer to begin with. Then said \'well those sorts of details are neither here nor there\'. I caught them out numerous times lying to us. They didn\'t return phone calls. What an absolute sham this company is. DO NOT under any circumstances let your property through them or pay for them to manage it. They are useless and do not do the paperwork needed to support you if things go wrong. I ended up paying out for solicitors and didn\'t even get my deposit back because Simpsons hadn\'t done their job, The DPS clearly stated that the agents had made errors....

Used this company for the sale and purchase and I have come to believe they are completely incompletant. The sales particulars for our home were sent to us with another customers attached. When we did sell they put the sold board up 6 doors away. The house we are buying has tenant in it and they assured us that they would be out after 3 months and now turns out to be 4 months. Purchased through their Kimbolton office. Constantly late for viewings (15 - 20 minutes) and disinterested whilst conducting them. My wife and I had sold in London earlier in the year and have been looking to get out in to the Cambridgeshire villages. We did the usual and registered with every estate agent we found on 'rightmove' After an extensive search on the villages we settled for Great Staughton which was convenient for the mainline to London from St Neots. At the time we had given some of the local estate agents that covered that area our specifications. Frustratingly so as with many estate agents they don't ....
