Rude. Arrogant. Unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional. His landlords are definitely not his main priority, ignoring contracts and parring tenants painting all the walls in the house (badly) and leaving rubbish in the garden off as 'general wear and tear'. Would definitely not recommend this company....

Anonymous! Since 13/04/2012 we have managed your property. During this time you have not carried out any remedial work and after five and a half years of continual rental with no arrears or void periods for you to write such a poor review is simply despicable. ...

Dear Simple,
I find it hilarious you can't find customers who leave you 1-star reviews on Google. You do realise the police won't get involved with internet politics unless it's considered a hate crime. Imagine if all the whinging sensitive people out there were to report bad reviews to the police, GCHQ would be flooded with rubbish.
