What agent could do to change your mind?
1 - Be polite on the phone (found them quite rude and uninterested) 2 - Ask customer about requirements and locations, maximum budget, etc (basics) 3 - Get customer contact details and ask if they want to be contacted in the future with matching properties (not a simple hi and goodbye and not even thank you for considering us, terrible!!) 4 - Tell customer about other alternative properties if the requested is not availableAttached Filesnbsp;
