What agent could do to change your mind?
1 - Be polite on the phone (found them quite rude and uninterested) 2 - Ask customer about requirements and locations, maximum budget, etc (basics) 3 - Get customer contact details and ask if they want to be contacted in the future with matching properties (not a simple hi and goodbye and not even thank you for considering us, terrible!!) 4 - Tell customer about other alternative properties if the requested is not available

Tenants should not have to pay a finders fee on a property that they are leaving! They should have tried harder to find tenants to rent the property in the allotted time. We should not have lost our deposit due to their unreasonable demands.
