AVOID. My mother paid these to sell her park home in 2017. You have to pay them £795 up front. They took her money and did nothing. There was no commuication from them, we had to keep chasing them, and they made no effort to sell the ...

Don't touch this company - they ridiculously over value homes to secure business Take money up front - sit back with your £1,000 , non refundable, don't accompany viewings and stick an advert in Zoopla You could do this yourself saving the £1,000 or employ a reputable agent. ...

Good grief, what a rude response from the agent. That alone has put me off from using them even for a purchase. ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
