Thank you for your review, however you have failed to emit the truth from your comments.
Firstly as you are fully aware the landlord has managed this property from day 1 of your tenancy and seekers were only asked to take over management last month due to your behaviour being unreasonable and rude, the landlord requested the assistance of our agency, and you have not failed to disappoint on either of those claims by the landlord whilst be have tried to communicate with you regarding your failed payments of rent.
2) The report received from the damp specialist advised that it was the tenants living conditions that have caused the mould build up in the property and they are therefore responsible, the landlord has instructed his contractor to assess any works once possession is gained via the eviction process being brought against you for the non payment of rent.
3) All deposits are held within the DPS and therefore protected by their strict rules, this includes your deposit of which you have been provided all the details to be able to check online at any time.
4) Mr Martins MASERATI has been acquired by many years of hard work, as I am sure you are aware it could have been claimed under the proceeds of crime act had your claim been true and based on facts !, unlike all your claims about Staff, the landlord and their respective families which you seem to have a lot of time on your hands to research on google !!!
5) As previously advised if you have a genuine maintenance issue that you would like to report please use the correct method and these will be dealt with for you.
6) please also be aware that it is a crime to withhold housing benefit paid to you from tax payers money that is intended for rent.

A very very poor unprofessional company. This agent is owned and run by a Keith Martin, recently convicted of fraud for stealing from his customers, the tenants. His side kick, Amanda moon, is the most arrogant unhelpful assistant manager you could set eyes on. The whole company are out to scam and lie as much as possible to the landlords and tenants. They really are the vermin of Ashford. Please stay away as there are much much better agents in Ashford who actually care and are very fair....

The Management and staff give you the impression all is ligtimate :- then once the tenants are in property all sorts of Problems occur Making up occupation of tenants - taking deposit From tenants and not Registering with DPS ALSO no compensation from tenants if damage etc To Landlords property ( so had a problem getting them to leave) as NO DEPOSIT Staff rude and don't answer calls or no calls backs Manager will make all sorts of excuses and not interested once tenants are in rented ...

Shocking agents. They were very quick and prompt to get us into the property, but the minute we were in they were awful. They ignore phone calls and emails unless they want something. We had issues with windows that wouldn't shut properly for months, never got fixed, the boiler was condemned and never got fixed. We were also told it was a family friendly house in a nice area, didn't mention the neighbours from hell who chained smoked into the garden meaning our children couldn't go out, played ...

This estate agent delivers appalling customer service. My last dealing with them resulted in me having to report the matter to the Property Ombudsman. A word to the wise is sufficient....

When I was originally shown the property, I was lead to believe by the agent (who was also the manager of the branch) that they specialised in people on benefits, which was something we were sold on. Apparently their fees were much lower than any agents locally, and they would help us in any way possible. Unfortunately, this wasn't exactly true, as their fees were higher than the agents we'd used in the past. We were told that the neighbours were all very nice, which was also only partially...

Same problem here i am afraid, I am currently letting a property from them have lived here 6 months nearly and for 4 have had damp and black mould, i have reported this and was told they did not deal with the maintenance and would need to contact the landlord, which i have, the problem is in the process of being rectified. the house was in a terrible condition and has ruined all the decorating we have done due to the damp which i have not been reimbursed for. and to top it off I just got a ten....
