I agree to those above comments they don't provide a good service, they are rude they treated me differently and they lied about some fees , they raised the money so that they could not get the property I was interested in to rent it , one of the girls was speaking to me like a nobody, as soon they met to view the house when I left I called them that I wanted to take the house they changed the tone of their voices and increased the amount of money which they didn't tell me in the first on phone ...

I am having the same problem they don't want to pay the deposit back, avoid phone calls, and when you finally get to speak to someone they make up whatever excuse they can think of, like we don't have your bank details, we have to deduct this and this from your deposit (when initially they confirmed there would be no deductions), etc. I will be taking it to Ombudsman and to court if I have to. ...

Been efficient. They could have followed up on calls. They could be letting me claim the i terest on my money rather than sitting on it themselves.

I have just experienced the same, by law your deposit should be held in tenancy deposit scheme, if not they have broken the law and you are entitled to up to 3x your deposit back, as soon as i wrote (recorded delivery) and requested this information my deposit was returned, don't give up, tha'ts what they are hoping you do, good luck ...
