They seemed ok at first. But then the service got very shabby. Requests went unanswered and they made several mistakes on the status of our account. Needless to say that they were very good at hassling us when someone fell behind on payment, but sadly this enthusiasm evaporated once we required ... Read Full Review

During our time with Sebastian Estates we have been lied to, treated with disrespect and experienced extremely unprofessional and dissatisfactory service. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
