Complaints Procedure
In the unusual circumstances that a client wishes to report, a less that totally satisfactory service, we will initially invite them to telephone or e-mail our office manager to inform us the nature of their complaint. Hopefully at this stage we will be able to discuss a suitable course of action; if this is not successful we will invite the complainant to write/discuss the issue with a Director, where all avenues will be researched to find a solution. It is also imperative to highlight that we are fully subscribed members of The Property Ombudsman, an independent nationwide redress scheme.
