BEWARE !!! Total con men - I made an enquiry about an EPC - when they asked for money upfront - I declined their services - but I had given them my mums address for which the EPC was intended - they gave been demanding money ever since - and they didn't do anything apart from answer the phone !!! ... Dreadful company, a similar experience to other reviewers. Paid �9.95 on the website and �30 cash to the surveyor when he called to do the EPC. Absolutely appalled with Savi and their way of handling business. £10 just to get a quote and after zero response for days and a cancellation, they claim not to have received it so now I am pay £25 - for a service and document I never actually got. I had an EPC done, their website stated £39.95 1-5 days totally wrong. Firstly i traveled 40mins to meet first surveyor who cancelled 10mins before appointment. Don't rely on the fixed price pay on the day offer. I was quoted £39.95, the inspection was completed and I offered the accessor the £39.95. he said I was to pay him £30 and Savi would invoice the £9.95. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
