Sandersons UK are a unprofessional, dishonest and poor excuse for a company. They are driven by nothing but pure greed and will employ any tactics to screw their customers for a few extra pounds. Personally, I have been lied to and cheated but unfortunately for them, I will not simply accept it. Their managing director only responds with side stepping, canned responses and I strongly suspect that the directive for the dirty practice comes from above and is cascaded down through the business. Terrible! Overpriced and charge you more than they should. They also do nothing for the money they charge.

Sandersons offered first class service, from the time my home was valued right through to completion. All sales staff visited my home to ensure that all were familiar with the property prior to viewings. Details were prepared showing my home off to its full potential and a buyer was found. Since we moved in we have had problems with Sandersons. On our moving in day someone was meant to come and take an itinerary of what was broken/dirty etc. They never showed up so the day was wasted. On the day they did show up we were shown how the bathroom was a state the kitchen wasn't clean the fitments were broken the dishwasher was broken and the taps didn't work. 6 months later after constant contact the taps were changed. A year later our dishwasher is still broken yet we are being charge...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixed the problems with the property before we moved in. Not increased the rent when we had been left in awful conditions for a year. Been polite. Not had people let themselves into our property without permission twice in a month.

After phoning them repeatedly for months to report a horrific mould problem in my walk in cupboard I emailed them stating I would be withholding a small amount of rent if it wasn\'t fixed soon. I let two separate workers know I was going to do this, before I did it, and yet today I get a phone call saying I\'ve got a £180 late rent fee. Sandersons is an absolutely disgusting company that will do anything not to give you your deposit back at the end of the year including hiring \'professio...

After phoning them repeatedly for months to report a horrific mould problem in my walk in cupboard I emailed them stating I would be withholding a small amount of rent if it wasn\'t fixed soon. I let two separate workers know I was going to do this, before I did it, and yet today I get a phone call saying I\'ve got a ‚£180 late rent fee. Sandersons is an absolutely disgusting company that will do anything not to give you your deposit back at the end of the year including hiring \'professional cleaners\' and charging you removal fees for any objects left behind. I rang Sandersons to try and resolve this charge and the woman on the phone was incredibly sarcastic and rude despite being able to hear me crying. When moving in to the property for the first time one of the letting agents remarked that the house was not up to scratch, so why has nothing been done about it? I would urge you not to rent a property with Sandersons, they WILL keep your deposit and they WON\'T resolve any problems.
