We found this property on the internet and followed the links through to Sanderson's website. The information on the property was presented beautifully. The valuation process was efficient, they produced a number of viewings which led to 3 serious offers; when the first sale fell through, they quickly went back to the original viewers and found another buyer for us within a week. thereafter they kept the process going, liaising with us, the buyers ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
