As per the most recent comment, the inventory is compiled by a person who does not know the difference between patchy paintwork & professional paintwork. I would say there are strong links between the 2 companies which probably should be investigated by the DPS. They allow contractors in after inventory is taken & in between check out & inventory is reviewed. That isn’t right in any shape or form & makes the leaving tenant potentially liable for damage by this estate agents expensive list of s ...
