High on FEES!! DPS deposit scheme is operational within these agents! Therefore do not expect any sort of support from them! As there it is all about landlord! And when it comes to tenants moving in/out expect a set of fees to be issued for them, in other words..good luck with getting a new tenant moving in, expect to reach deep into your pocket! Over all, total rip off!! (Three years of living in a four bed house, Wembley, West Hill)...

Kam(Kamlesh) is one of the lesser professional agents I have come across. I personally visited Salter Mcguiness twice and asked very specific queries about specific properties and was promised a call back the same evening. I didn't hear anything back so I went back to their Preston Road office, where he initially pretended to not even recognise me. I have spoken to the members of staff mentioned and looked at our records from last month, and can find no trace of the reviewer. We have taken the liberty of contacting the handful of buyers, registered at the time, with the same surname, to no avail. I can only assume that this is yet another fictitious review, which seem to be prevalent on this poor quality review site. Tony McGuinness....

I went to processes the property on the 19th sep, this was a 1 bedroom flat forv £800 pcm. The following day I went to the brach in kenton road and paid a holding deposit for £300. Before proceeding with the reference checks I was told they needed to confirm with the landlord. The following week when I went dowan again from Leicester to give them all the paperwork they required. We do have some sympathy with Rocio. However, this issue was not of our making. This particular landlord, always requests information from proposed tenants, well in excess of what is normal. It take this proposed tenant some time to collate the information, as some of it was in Leicester. Once the documents were presented to us, we contacted the landlord to inform him that we were now in receipt of the information. Very cunning only motive was to get business in and once Daren got business not even bother to response tries to delay and do not response make fake promises, never ever recommend to friends and family, as their is a lack of integrity in them. I can confirm that I was on annual leave when this complaint was added and that as of today, I am unsure which property this would relate to, as we have not received a letter of complaint to our office regarding any issues that Mr and Mrs Shah may have had. I do not think this estate agents abide by the code of conduct for estate agents. I had made an offer for a property which was accepted and all of a sudden a cash buyer came in after there were no more viewings on the property so how did this cash buyer see the property? I have since been talking to several people in the area about this estate agents and was not surprised to hear that apparently they have cash buyers in a book and call them when there is a good deal...thus getting commission on ...

We fully understand the disappointment of an unsuccessful purchase. However, we follow the code of conduct rigidly. Part of that code is that all offers have to be forwarded to the vendor, verbally and in writing, irrespective of whether the property has been withdrawn from the market or not. Buyers who have viewed the property prior to its withdrawal, may still forward offers which must be forwarded. In these austere times, the prospect of having bucketfuls of landlord cash buyers is farcical. ....

I was given a flat with nothing clean in it. Heatings were not working, no curtains, no door locks for WC, No exhaust fan for WC, very dirty carpets with fungus all around carpet, washing machine and fridge . Several times I asked them they did not respond quickly and still lots of the issues haven't been fixed...
