I would just like to add my comment. The house in question was bought by my late father with his money. Unfortunately Mrs Simpson is a lying con artist and a bully who persuaded my frail and vulnerable 80 year old father to put her name on the deeds although she had not personally put any money in to it. They subsequently fell out. We took legal advice with a view to removing her interest in the property. In the meantime my father passed away having had a very stressful last few years of his l ...

We cannot recommend Ryburne & Co highly enough. After the house being on the market for approximately 14 months, we made an offer subject to a building survey. This then extended to a structural survey, both I might add, at substantial cost to ourselves. The building surveyor ...
